Ira Now Wears a Crown, Proudly

The Ira Bulldogs ended a perfect 2024 baseball season (24-0) winning their hotly contested game with the Fayetteville Lions, 7-6.

After seven, the score was 3-3.with Ira only three outs to go before claiming their first 1A basebal title in their first trip to the tournament. The Lions came up one run short of the Bullogs, losing 7-6.

Both teams played well enough to win the title; but alas, that trick is only possible for one.
