Lexington vs. Thrall, Troy vs. Franklin for District Leads

"Good sports make for a better world"

Almost overlooked for Friday night is a classic clash for the #1 spot in District 13 of 3AD2.  Lexington is undefeated; Thrall has but one loss, to Troy (5-0).

The Tigers and the Eagles will battle it out on the Eagles’ home turf, which hopefully will provide them with help in upsetting Lexington, a perennial favorite in the division.

Meanwhile Troy will have their hand hands full hosting Franklin (2-2) for the lead in District 11 of 3AD1.  Under head coach Mark Fannin, Franklin has developed one of the finest programs in the state.  Tommy Brashear directs the Troy Trojans; their record speaks well for his coaching.
